Shipping Info

Turnaround Time, Order Changes & Cancellations
Your order will ship within 1-3 business days of placement. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that if you decide to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will be charged for postage to you and back to us again, plus a 20% restocking fee. This same policy applies to refused shipments.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders of $80 or more.

For orders under $80, our shopping cart calculates the shipping charge based on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be shown after you have submitted your shipping information, prior to payment.

International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally.
Please note that Mooka is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Method

  • Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited.

  • U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post: parcels under 1kg via U.S.A. Air Mail; parcels over 1kg via Expedited Parcel U.S.A.

  • International orders are shipped via Canada Post, International Surface.

Delivery Mishaps
In case of missing, incomplete, or damaged orders, please send an email to concerns@mooka.ca, or call us at (514) 509-7708 so that we can resolve the problem. All claims for loss/damaged/wrong items must be made within 3 business days from the date the package was received.
