Return Policy If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately via email at orders@mooka.ca, or by phone at (514) 509-7708. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of shipped goods, unless they are received damaged or are shipped in error. We are sure you understand that we would be unable to vouch for the state of returned products. In case of incomplete, damaged, or wrong orders, please send an email to the above address immediately so that we can carefully check our in-house copy of your invoice, plus the weight of your package at the time of shipment.
